```Job Overview:```
A New Day Foundation is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator for our client who is in the non-profit sector.

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs to ensure their successful implementation and operation. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

```Duties:```
- Develop, implement, and manage programs in accordance with organizational goals and objectives
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
- Conduct regular program evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
- Coordinate program activities, including scheduling meetings, trainings, and events
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
- Provide assistance to program participants, addressing their needs and concerns
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community members

```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral health, or a related field
- Proven experience in program management or a similar role
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management
- Familiarity with working with youth is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships
