We are seeking a Crew Supervisor for our East Dallas team. 

 

As the Crew Supervisor, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city.  This is a full time position - working hours are 40-50 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required. Overnight positions are available Sunday through Thursday. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

●        Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crackfilling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more

●        Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

●        Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager

●        Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

●        Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING

●        A Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation

●        You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

●        You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail

●        Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)

●        Ability to work well independently unsupervised

●        Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
