Asphalt Technician

EverLine Coatings and Services, a leading provider of specialized coatings and services, is seeking a skilled Pavement Maintenance Specialist to join their team in East Dallas. As a trusted partner in the industry, EverLine offers a comprehensive range of services, including line painting, power sweeping, power washing, asphalt sealcoating, crackfilling, and more, catering to parking lots, roadways, garages, and warehouses.

As a Pavement Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing equipment for various tasks, providing daily job updates, maintaining a safe work environment, and performing additional tasks as needed.

• Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crackfilling, sealcoating, power washing, and other tasks
• Communicate daily job updates to the Crew Supervisor
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Perform additional tasks as required

• Texas driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated problem-solver with a focus on punctuality and attention to detail
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work independently
• Previous experience with small engines and/or paint sprayers is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from $18.00 per hour, guaranteed 32 hours per week
Benefits: 401(k)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Day and Night shifts available, Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
