GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The main purpose of the Project Manager is to maintain standardization of ABS protocol and processes across all territory facilities. This is done through training new staff, performing quality control analysis for building cleanliness, workflow evaluations and recommendations for each building, and supervising and managing supervisor(s) in assigned territory. He/She is also responsible for addressing any equipment & supply delivery issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
· Perform onsite inspections of floors for various ABS buildings located in Houston, Lufkin & Bryan, TX. These audits and inspections will be performed to specifications

· Spends 1-2 days training new staff, approve success of training, and schedules follow-up training to ensure continuity

· Manage and coach supervisors to achieve company objectives

· Facilitate new staff training and ongoing training on all cleaning duties for assigned floor

· Maintain and enforce standardization of ABS protocols and procedures

· Monitor operations at each building to determine efficiency & meet cleaning standards

· Recommend adjustments to the building supervisor and DO on changes needed to improve standards and productivity

· Deliver instructions and feedback in a clear, concise manner when providing training to new staff and ongoing training to current staff.

· Work with evening supervisor to determine training/assessment/evaluation needs at building.

· Will work in close contact with DO to create reports and inspection evaluations to be assessed in achieving company objectives.

· Demonstrate high energy, mobility, initiative, and drive to enhance operations and achieve operational success.

Travel as needed to various buildings in order to assess, evaluate, and transport supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ yrs of experience conducting on-site inspections
  • 1+ yrs in management
  • Experience with quality control systems
  • Experience with managing multiple projects achieving successful outcomes
  • Proficiency of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Good driving record
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English is a must)

Hours: M-F Evening Shift (Hours TBD)
Travel: Will be necessary multiple times a month and as needed. We will offer reimbursement by the mile.
Shift: Night shift
Supervisor: Directly reports to the VP of Operations
