Responsibilities
- Read and follow plans
- Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment
- Determine the condition of equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
- Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Walk the customer through any new or updated equipment to ensure everyone knows how to use it properly
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by always wearing proper PPE and following safety procedures
- Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer
- 4+ years of experience installing, testing and terminating fiber, Cat 5 , Cat5E, Cat 6 and Cat 6A
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary
- Proficiency in navigating iPad-based technology
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Must be comfortable working on your feet, in tight spaces, and a variety of weather conditions
- Professional appearance and personality
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
