Our Project Superintendent Role

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Superintendent to join our team. As the key player in delivering project success, you'll be responsible for overseeing the profitable installation of project work, directing co-workers, and interfacing with other trades. You'll be accountable for ensuring safety, planning, cost, and productivity while perpetuating a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

* Plan and coordinate work to ensure successful project delivery
* Execute work to high standards and oversee staff
* Promote client and industry relationships through professional conduct
* Ensure a safe work environment and participate in training and certifications
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of formwork systems

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
* 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Line & Grade experience
* Foreman experience
* In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems
* May require appropriate Craft Certifications
