STARLUX Airlines invites applications from qualified professionals for the Airport Operation position, which will be based in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

Airport Operations

1. Airport Operation Related

• Work in shifts according to roster to ensure smooth airport operations for each flight;
• Supervise partnering GHA: monitor GHA’s on-site performance and ensure GHA’s quality and work are in line with Company SOPs and policies;
• Create and conduct airport operation training/audit programs that are in line with Company policies;
• Handle flight irregularities and passenger complaints occurring from handling process;
• Coordinate with airport authority for flight operational handling and report instances of non-compliance and suggest corrective methods;

2. Initial Setup

• Serve as a local liaison and work with Taiwan HQ’s airport division to finalize GHA selection.
• Assist with the development of local airport operations SOP and procedures.
• Assist Station Manager with airport operations related systems setup and testing.

3. Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate manager.

Qualifications

• Have excellent leadership, multitasking, communication, and coordination skills
• Be able to react quickly, solve problems and is a team player
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bilingual is a plus

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience.
