We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and technical support for products or services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Qualifications:
