Position Overview: We are seeking a talented AV Integrator - Sales & Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales acumen, technical expertise, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for driving sales of our AV integration services while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose customized AV solutions to meet clients' requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical support to clients, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle and project implementation process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success preferably within the audiovisual or technology industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of AV systems, equipment, and integration processes.
