Job DescriptionJob Description

We are adding a Senior Marketing Manager to our restaurant operations team in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area.

Our Senior Marketing Manager will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for our growing organization. This position will be responsible for managing existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.

We are a fast-paced, team-oriented, expanding quick/service fast casual restaurant operation. The primary focus of our restaurant’s leadership team is to lead by example, inspire, effectively and openly communicate and be collaborative with our entire restaurant family

We offer our Marketing Manager:

· Annual Base Salary of $80-100K

Our Director of Marketing basic responsibilities will include:

· Creating a team environment that encourages accountability, high standards, and innovation among marketing teams of each franchisor.

· Conduct market research, sales forecasts & strategic planning, developing marketing strategies for each market

· Review existing marketing campaigns and strategies to quickly adjust plans

· Plan and lead all new store grand opening celebrations and other marketing or other customer engagement events

· Negotiate contracts for services needed during grand opening events

· Assist in developing local store marketing partnerships

· Develop creative marketing materials…and more

Senior Marketing Manager Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience working for a quick service restaurant franchisee or franchisor.

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required.

· Experience with new restaurant openings and acquisitions preferred.

· Ability to create, implement and manage budgets.

· Proficient with MS Office Suite.

· Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar software preferred.
