Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role involves being the primary business contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their needs promptly. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, represent client goals, and maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Identify and present solutions for client operational improvements.
- Meet sales objectives by promoting our product and services portfolio.
- Manage a business portfolio according to market strategies.
- Handle all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Record commercial activity in the management system.
- Respond to sales inquiries effectively.
- Maintain continuous knowledge of project status to identify issues and opportunities.
- Facilitate strong communication between clients and the team.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and client-focused skills
- Proven Account Management experience
- Undergraduate degree / HND equivalent
- Commercial experience in IT, Telco, or Cyber markets
- Negotiation and customer liaison skills
- Yachting industry experience is a plus
- Relevant academic background preferred (Telecommunications, Satellite, Cyber Security, IT/Networking)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, M365 CRM)
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled negotiator
