What The Position is About:
- Manage the company’s call center team of 8+ reps
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPI’s
- Recruit, hire and train call center personnel
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
- Develop and implement call center strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of call center leadership experience within the home services industry
- Experience managing a call center team of 15-20 reps
- Proven track record of growing a successful call center team
