We are Premier Retail Stores partners with T-Mobile in the last 19 years and are looking for results driven, self-motivated Retail Sales Associates and Mobile Experts. Experienced Mobile Experts will be considered for the post of Senior Mobile Expert.

As Retail Sales Associates and Mobile Experts, the candidates will be responsible to provide professional and satisfying Retail experience to existing T-Mobile customers and for achieving Monthly Sales and Revenue Targets by converting non-T-Mobile customers to T-Mobile, besides upselling to existing customers.

This is an inside Retail Store job opportunity that does not require any door-to-door calls but confidence to visit neighboring small businesses will be added advantage to achieve the set goals. Consistent above average performance and acquired job skills with right attitude can provide excellent opportunity to become Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile store within 6-9 months.

Selected candidates will be given fully paid two weeks training to provide required knowledge and skill.

Responsibilities

  • Meet / Exceed individual-sales targets every month by learning the skills through coaching from RSM / ASM and by observing on floor interactions, continually updating with current promotions and by completing on the job trainings with in 72 hours of their addition to the training portal.
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction to enhance the revenue through excellent service during each transaction and visit to store.
  • Assist and support the Store leadership to maintain compliance in terms of maintaining outstanding Store condition by way of cleanliness, visual merchandising as per planogram and by following weekly schedules.

- Previous 1 to 2 years Wireless retail sales experience will be desired but will not be a limiting factor.
