We are looking for a positive, dependable individual who can provide excellent customer service to all customers, vendors and crew members. We have a casual and friendly work environment where we excel in professional service while maintaining a family centered atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Applying and removing seasonal greenhouse protection
- Irrigation maintenance
- Electric golf cart maintenance
Other Responsibilities
- Preparing soil mixture (with tractor)
- Mowing fields (tractor mower)
- Weed whacking
- Spray weed control
Skills
- Proven maintenance experience.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Ability to operate tractors in a variety of weather conditions
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
