We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMHP, LMHT or similar) to join our team per diem. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to individuals, families, and groups focusing on enhancing the overall well-being and mental health of the clients. 
You will be working with our sister company Reflected Counseling (www.reflectedcounseling.com).

Duties:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Implement crisis management strategies effectively
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mental therapeutic interventions to better serve the clients

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Florida state license as a Clinical therapist (LCSW, LMHP, LMHT or similar)
  • Experience working with children and families is preferred
  • Experience working with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients
  • Proficiency in crisis intervention and case management
  • Strong understanding of mental health systems and resources
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Experience with delivering mental health care using Telehealth
  • Minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling as a licensed clinical therapist
