- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Talent Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and supports business growth.
- Identify key areas for talent development based on organizational needs, performance gaps, and employee feedback.
- Learning Programs:
- Design and implement learning and development programs, including workshops, training sessions, e-learning modules, and leadership development initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements.
- Career Development:
- Create and manage career development frameworks and pathways that support employee growth and succession planning.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, managers, and leaders to enhance their skills and career progression.
- Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify specific training needs and skill gaps.
- Conduct assessments, surveys, and interviews to gather insights on development needs and preferences.
- Vendor Management:
- Identify and manage external training providers, ensuring the quality and relevance of training materials and sessions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and analyze key metrics related to talent development, including participation rates, learning outcomes, and return on investment.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the impact and effectiveness of talent development initiatives.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure that all talent development programs comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into talent development strategies.
- Validation:
- Champion Great Places to Work survey.
- Report Survey results to all employees.
- Utilize report to drive tactics and implement programs and efforts that boost overall employee satisfaction and year over year score improvements.
- Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Communicate effectively about development opportunities, program details, and career paths within the organization.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and coaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with leadership development and succession planning.
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.
