Role: Land Clearing and Forestry Operations Manager / Estimator

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for land clearing and forestry operations, aligning with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of land clearing and forestry activities, including site preparation,

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Forester) is a plus.
  2. Extensive experience in land clearing, forestry operations, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and achievement in managing complex projects and teams.
  3. Strong knowledge of forestry principles, practices, and techniques.
  4. Proficiency in regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing land use, forestry operations, environmental protection, and workplace safety.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
