Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Dispatching:

- Coordinate emergency service calls and adjust schedules as needed.
Customer Communication:

- Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, technician assignments, and work progress.

- Track and manage inventory of parts and materials needed for repairs.
Technical Support:
- Provide basic technical support to customers over the phone to troubleshoot minor HVAC system issues.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in HVAC dispatching or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
