Job Description

  • Responsible for providing strategic direction for sales and marketing efforts globally
  • Will manage a team of 8 including: sales managers and sales representatives
  • Will develop a roadmap for growth
  • Will set up strategic relationships internationally to grow the business

Key Requirements 

  • 10 years of experience in plastics, specialty chemicals, or the metal working lubricants market
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience
  • Profit and loss experience with at least $50 million+
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree is required
