Many college students are frustrated with dead-end jobs that offer little growth. As a Junior Acquisitions Manager, you will identify and acquire new properties, conducting market research, evaluating properties, and assisting in negotiations. You will develop relationships with real estate professionals and support documentation and coordination efforts. This role offers hands-on learning and development opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties.

  • Assist in property evaluations, financial analysis, and risk assessment.

  • Support negotiations with property owners and agents.

  • Build and maintain industry relationships.

  • Prepare and manage acquisition documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

  • Participate in training and professional development.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Basic knowledge of real estate principles and market analysis.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Payment Structure:

Commission-based payment structure and KPI bonuses, allowing you to earn based on your performance. You receive a higher commission if you generate deals. You have the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your dedication and success.
