Brenz Pizza Co. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from our customers and other departments in a courteous and professional manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and other departments
  • Handle customer complaints in a courteous manner
  • Follow communication procedures to ensure that all orders are processed within established timeframes
  • Receive incoming messages and schedule orders accordingly
  • Provide information on open orders to callers
  • Maintain phone etiquette and speak clearly to customers while maintaining professional etiquette
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Set up new accounts or open existing accounts as needed.
Skills:

  • Previous experience in call center or other related fields preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with customer service procedures and customer service-related software applications (e.g., CRM) preferred but not required.
  • Strong phone handling skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and to lift up to 20 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
