We are a family-owned roofing company founded in 2017. We specialize in Residential roofing in the DFW metro area, Austin and Houston. We are seeking a skilled roofing foreman to join our Austin team The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction tasks (at least two years in the trades) and strong leadership abilities. Safety is our top priority, and we are committed to providing a safe working environment for all our employees. You'll provide oversite, including new and replacement roofing.

 

Requirements:

·       Must have a vehicle able to accommodate plywood, ladder, and various materials

·       Able to walk on uneven surfaces such as roofs and have knowledge of fall protection

·       Must have a smartphone to access various company apps and take photos

·       Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and lift appr. 50 lbs.

·       You will report to various job sites

Duties:

·       Pre / post-project site inspections

·       Site set up and oversee roofing projects from start to finish

·       Supervise and track roofing subcontractors' progress

·       Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations

·       Ensure proper installation of roofs and quality control 

·       Manage project timelines and material runs

·       General knowledge of all roofing applications (will train)

Qualifications:

·       Must have good communication skills both with customers and coworkers

·       Willing to be trained and use company software

·       Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

·       Basic computer and smartphone skills

·       Bilingual fluency (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required
