Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Operations Manager to become an integral part of driving a team You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational practices including overseeing safety, OSHA, DOT compliance
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet client project deadlines
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
  • Hire, coach and support staff for performance
  • Handle budget/ forecasting and P/L responsibilities
  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership/ operations or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • 3-5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Previous experience with hiring, training, mentoring staff
  • Proven track record to achieve overall performance goals and KPI metrics
