Valve Manufacturing Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day valve machine shop operations, including CNC and manual machines.
- Supervise Shipping Manager and Fabrication Leader for workflow efficiency.
- Maintain quality standards, adhere to regulations, and meet customer requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot machine issues, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Travel to customer sites for project assessment and technical support.
- Train staff, manage inventory, and oversee equipment maintenance.

Valve Manufacturing Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.
- Leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in the valve industry.
- Hands-on CNC and manual machine experience with troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Willingness to travel and commitment to safety and quality.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
