Must be able to work weekends based on production needs.

Exemption: Professional


JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Data collector will provide quality data control, assurance, accuracy, data storage, data retrievability throughout all phases of the production process beginning with raw materials and ending with the final product.

Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma, technical school education, or equivalent required.

QUALIFICATIONS

The incumbent MUST be able to:

· Thorough understanding of the product and/or process being inspected.

· Thorough attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

· Ability to read, write and understand English.

· Must be able to simultaneously receive multiple instructions and accurately implement the same.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

· Mathematics emphasis preferred.


RESPONSIBILITIES

· The Quality Data collector has the responsibility and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties:

· Collection of Quality Defect data from each station and consolidate into the MIL sheet every hour

· Collection of data needed from MES for computing Yield and preparing Yield table for all the defined stages as per the Template

· Summarizing of Quality report Hourly, Shift wise, Day wise, Week wise, Month wise

· Summarizing data for Weekly, Monthly Quality reporting, other reporting frequencies as per customer request

· Collecting and summarizing report as per customer request for any traceability info from time to time

· Supporting Quality Team Members for any specific data analysis information to take decision based on data available

· Accountable for data accuracy, data storage, data retrievability

· Develops, maintains, and posts logs, charts, and forms detailing quality levels, inspection data, and results of special quality studies for review by line mechanics, supervisors, and other production staff

· Maintains quality records as needed.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· None


TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

· Travel requirements are minimum.

· Physical setting: Office

· Schedule: Monday to Friday-1st

· Work Location: In person
