Our client, a large institution of higher education, is looking to add an Enterprise Technology Training Coordinator to their online education division. The Educational Technology Specialist will contribute to the development, expansion and maintenance of a comprehensive technology training and development program for faculty and staff.

 

Responsibilities:

· Provide educational technology training and support to faculty and staff.

· Conduct webinars and provide 1:1 user support on various educational technology tools and integrations.

· Conduct enterprise-wide training/needs assessment and recommend program changes, updates, and/or improvements.

· Creates user-friendly instructional materials and resources in various formats including resource preferably in a higher education environment.

· Prior experience in creating resource guides and documentation.

· Prior experience in developing and delivering online training workshops and video tutorials.

· Outstanding oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and user support skills.

· Strong technology skills including expertise using Microsoft 365, Google, Zoom and other Teams.

· Must be able to work effectively with all levels of faculty and staff.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Superior customer-service skills; must enjoy helping faculty and staff.

· Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual trainings.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology or closely related degree

· 3-5 years of hands-on experience with educational technology tools, productivity tools

· Experience using and supporting video and web conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft
