Summary:

As a result of ongoing growth, WRRE is adding an Onboarding Specialist to the team. The Onboarding Specialist handles all aspects of the Agent cycle from on-boarding at time of affiliation and is objective to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while maintaining a relationship with the Agent as their “go to” contact at Headquarters. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate on-boarding for new agents to the Company through KACE Ticketing system
  • Liaise with a variety of departments throughout the account creation process
  • Generate KACE tickets for local staff to handle tasks at the office-level for new recruits
  • Create and maintain agent file and update in system through life of affiliation
  • Update onboarding KACE ticket with completed tasks and close the ticket when done
  • Record E&O payments for new agent hires
  • Send Welcome emails out to the new agents
  • Save agent hire docs in PA scanned drive
  • Enter Direct deposit information of new hires/make changes to agent’s direct deposits
  • Enter marketing budgets/personal assistant allowances into Profit Power
  • Setup Quarterly bonuses if needed and add to spreadsheet
  • Process transition bonuses through KACE and ensure timely completion
  • Process addendums in KACE and update the data in Profit Power.
  • Create new profiles in Profit Power for new hires
  • Process license transfers and terminations for CT. MA, NY, NYC, FL
  • Complete Agent offboarding tasks as assigned
  • Distribute and process referral group paperwork, when necessary
  • Regular communication with Agents and Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Real Estate license beneficial.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying the issue; determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Must be a team player and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and can work accurately under pressure
  • Manage large amounts of incoming requests with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong Multitasking ability a must as well as the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with agents and managers
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/team processing targets and inquiry handling quotas
  • Go the extra mile to engage agents/management, use telephones to reach out to agents/management to resolve issues
  • Excellent communication skills with proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Beneficial Computer/Software Skills: (Microsoft Office Suite, Profit Power, Quest KACE)

Hours of Work:

-          NOT a remote position. This role is in the office at our Shelton, CT Headquarters. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with regular and predictable attendance.
