A Regional Parking Management Company is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Operation's Manager.

Job Summary

The Operations Manager is a managerial position that supports the operations of an assigned location. The Operations Manager ensures that all areas of the operation are met, to include customer service, direct subordinate performance, maintenance and financials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of hourly employee(s).
  • Maintain maintenance schedule and assign duties to subordinates as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspection of facilities to ensure cleanliness and function.
  • Communicate with client regarding performance of facilities.
  • Interact with Customers on regular basis regarding accounts and financials.
  • Review performance of subordinates and convey defined tasks.
  • Fill in for subordinates as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • An associate’s degree in business, finance, hospitality or similar is required at a minimum. A bachelors, or working towards completion, is strongly preferred.
  • Prior business and/ or management experience preferred.
  • Communication skills in verbal and written form; frequently communicate with customers, clients and staff.
  • Attention to detail; recognize areas of facility that need attention/ maintenance.
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all work-related information.
  • Willingness to work extended hours if requested to complete a job when required to meet deadlines. To include occasional evening and weekend work.
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.


Salary commensurate with experience. Must have reliable transportation to work primarily at a downtown location. Some weekend days may be required, but not on a regular basis. This is a chance to become a part of a growing management company with potential opportunities in other regional cities.
