Automotive Service Manager or Service Advisor
As a well-established, family owned Automotive Repair shop with more than 25 years in the community, we offer the stability you are looking for. Duties and responsibilities include: Direct customer service & sales, estimating, workflow coordination, inventory control, quality control, product delivery and of course, direct responsibility for ensuring every customer has an “unforgettable experience” with us.
We prefer at least 3 years experience as a service advisor or service manager in the industry. Experience with Maxx Traxx Management software system would be a plus but not necessary. The job requires a person with some automotive technical familiarity, an organized and friendly personality as well as the ability to motivate & manage others. Valid driver’s license needed.
