Job DescriptionJob Description

The Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Keltech’s quality control policies, procedures and processes ensuring that Keltech meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. 

Requirements:            B.S in Engineering, Math or another technical discipline.  Or an associate’s degree with the required years of relatable experience.

                                    5-10 years of experience in the electronic industry

                                    5-10 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment

                                    5-10 years of experience working with ISO 9001

                                    Familiarity with IPC-A-610 Standard

 

                                    Strong communication skills

                                    Self-starter

                                    Excellent computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Access)      

                                    Detail oriented                       

                                    Good organizational skills

                                    Team player     

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Performs all  necessary supervisory functions to effectively manage personnel assigned

·         Identifies  and helps to generate continuous improvement initiatives

·         Responsible for maintaining and reporting compliance-related systems (ISO 9001, REACH, Conflict Minerals, etc.)

·         Helps to initiate training for Keltech employees at all levels

·         Leads the ESD program (electrostatic discharge)

·         Work both internally and externally to resolve issues, determine root cause and corrective actions

·         Motivates employees thru strong communication skills

·         Able to establish and have open dialog with Keltech’s vendors and customers

·         Understand and interpret drawings, industry standards, work instructions

·         Lead the Internal Audit Process

·         Develop quality reports, metrics and identify trends to help drive quality and process improvement
