We provide ongoing cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to residential customers in Allen, Plano, Parker, Wylie, Lucas and surrounding communities.

 

Full time position, Monday-Friday day shift

·         Service and maintain residential pools in Allen, Plano, Parker, Wylie, Lucas and surrounding communities.  Your day will start in Allen.

·         Drive a company-issued vehicle

·         Use of a phone app to drive and record your route

·         Focus on excellent customer experience

·         Desire to grow your career

·         Clean driving record is a must

·         $22 / Hour for an experienced and driven pool technician capable of performing the weekly pool route as well as basic repairs.

What Our Technicians Do
 

·         Our slogan sums it up – Poolar Express is the Fast Track to a Happy Pool  You will be the on the front lines making this happen.  If the customer has a need, we will service that need in a manner that makes pool ownership a pleasant and hassle-free experience.  As a Senior Pool Tech, you will provide the following services…

·         Perform on-site pool maintenance and one-time services

·         Maintain pool equipment and make note of any challenges that cannot be managed during the weekly visit

·         Update phone app with details of the visit and maintenance performed

·         Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed

·         Vacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool baskets

·         Backwash filters, check pool equipment

·         Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements
 

·         Experience managing a pool route of 50 – 60 pools.  This involves brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and adding and adjusting chemicals as needed.

·         Experience with a variety of pool services such as filter cleans, green-to-cleans, other one-time pool services

·         Customer service is THE priority - Happy Pools make for Happy Customers

·         Some heavy lifting (could be up to 100 lbs)

·         Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work.  There is no doubt that the weather can and will provide challenges. 

·         Valid driver's license with clean driving record

·         Clean background check

·         Minimum 1-year previous professional experience in pool industry.


Preferred Qualifications **not required - we provide mentorship and career path opportunities**
 

·         CPO and/or other industry certifications.  If you have experience, but lack the certifications, we can work together to grow your career.
