Safety Analyst

Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our team. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and manufacturing management software.

Duties:
- Conduct data analysis and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy
- Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data
- Assist in the development of risk management strategies
- Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and other industry standards
- Utilize manufacturing management software to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct research on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements
- Support the implementation of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) programs
- Assist in the management of workers' compensation claims

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., NEC, build)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance management
- Familiarity with risk management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
