We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces, including vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle painting and maintenance, with a focus on auto restoration. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality vehicles, utilize state-of-the-art equipment, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. We do complete 4-5 cars a week from small to full size vehicles. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DEBEER WATERBASE AND VALSPAR SOLVENT. Quality is a MUST Our vehicles go through vigorous inspections. We pride ourselves in quality, so we are not looking for fast paced insurance quality painters. If you are passionate about your job career, come join OUR TEAM

DUTIES:

- Spray complete vehicles

- Apply paint and finishes to vehicles using paint spraying techniques.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify areas requiring repair or restoration.
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks, such as buffing and detailing, to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Utilize power tools and heavy lifting equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced dealership setting, meeting deadlines and working with a team.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other technicians to achieve optimal results.
- Participate in auto restoration projects, utilizing skills in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Continuously update knowledge of new techniques, tools, and products in the field of auto painting and restoration.

-Must be able to prep own vehicle for paint.

- Positive attitude required.

- MUST have good quality

- Proficiency in the use of power tools and heavy lifting equipment.
- Strong background in vehicle painting and restoration.
- Knowledge of paint spraying techniques.
- Ability to work in a dealership setting and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with mechanic skills and techniques.
- Experience with buffing and detailing.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
