Summary:
This Program Director will provide instruction and oversight to the Tech Trainer and Professional Development Trainer in the abilIT program. Additionally, they will coordinate all aspects of recruitment, intake, interview, and selection for all participants in this program. They will be required to ensure accurate and up to date documentation of all touchpoints in Efforts To Outcomes (ETO) system.
Ensures the program complies with all regulatory sources. Collaborates with supervisor to review and adjust policies and procedures. Serves as the point of contact for requests for program information.
Provides leadership to assigned program staff, leads program training, and provides resources to staff and participants. Implements and delivers the program schedule, activities, and curriculum with the program team members. Provides instruction as required.
Completes, monitors, reviews, and analyzes participant documentation of program information in an electronic system. Monitors for accuracy and timeliness.
Analyzes job placement and retention services, ensuring benchmarks are being met. Tracks short- and long-term progress of certifications/credentials and job placement. Discusses and implements programmatic changes as necessary with the supervisor.
Works closely with supervisor to provide input, monitor, and review the budget as assigned. Provides input for reporting of all grants as outlined in each grant requirement section.
Represent Melwood and advocate its community interests and develop a network of community resources for the program locally, statewide, and internationally.
Adheres to and furthers the mission of Melwood by creating a supportive environment for participants and staff. Actively participates in internal and external meetings as required.
This incumbent will be responsible to understand deliverables and outcomes related to grants. This person is responsible for providing data related to outcomes for grants, KPI's, and internal reporting.
*During recruitment, intake, and interview, this position may need to be more involved to complete a quick turn around for next cohort.
*May need to be able to work in other locations that Melwood operates.
Education/Experience:
A bachelor's degree and at three years experience required.
