Commercial HVAC Technician - Field Service

Dallas/Ft. Worth Area

Locally owned, employee-centric company with a desire to provide the best HVAC service in the DFW market is looking for an experienced commercial HVAC Technician to join the team

M-F 7AM - 5PM, on call as needed - no less than 40 hours per week

Pay rate is $35-45/hr

Temp to perm

The ideal candidate should have experience with the following HVAC equipment:

  • RTU's 25-100 ton
  • Split Systems / Built Up DX
  • CRAC Units - Liebert, Data Aire
  • WSHP's
  • Chillers - Scroll, Screw, Recip
  • Pumps
  • Cooling Towers
  • AHU's
  • VFD's
  • Boilers

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems. He/she will be customer-oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment. EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems.
  • Test and inspect HVAC systems for proper operation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components of HVAC systems.
  • Maintain records of all service calls and repairs.
