Yogi Bears is seeking a motivated and passionate FUNDRAISING COORDINATORS to join our remote team of professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential corporate donors, building relationships and persuade donors to contribute to our cause which is providing children with the opportunity to experience The Yogi Bears Program © TM. Corporate Sponsor's donations will help The Yogi

Bears Program © TM bring the benefits of yoga to young minds, fostering health, mindfulness, and joy.

  • Bonus Incentives:

  • We are seeking PART-TIME QUALIFIED SALES PROFESSIONALS, who are interested in an opportunity, with a tiered commission structure 70/30 Split plus Bonus Incentives. The opportunity is 100% commission, 1099 employee status.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with potential business donors, promoting The Yogi Bears Program © TM. and achieving fundraising targets. You will be cold calling. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping innovative projects come to life.

  • Identify and engage with potential business' donors to generate interest in various Yogi Bear campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize campaign exposure and donor potential.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new investors, providing regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with yoga industry trends, sales strategies and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the crowdfunding or fundraising industry.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and other digital marketing tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
