We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketer to join our team in Yardley, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a proven ability to network effectively with potential referrals. As a Marketer, you will play a crucial role in increasing awareness of our services and building relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our IOP treatment services.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources, including doctors, therapists, hospitals, and community organizations.
  • Conduct outreach activities, such as attending networking events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and other marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the local healthcare community in Yardley, PA is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare or substance abuse treatment field, would be a plus, but not a must.
