The Order Processing Specialist is focused on helping us provide an outstanding customer experience through the accurate and timely processing of window, bath, and associated product and supplies orders.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

Procurement
  • Review sale items entered in Improveit 360 (i360) to contract to ensure accuracy.
  • Compare all Modifications with sales items, contract, and order.
  • Upload admin fees to the sales items in i360.
  • Upload sales commission rules and calculate commissions in i360.
  • Final review of all contract exceptions to ensure resolved prior to releasing for order.
  • Accurate and timely processing of orders with all vendors.
  • Ensure delivery dates are entered and accurate.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all products and destinations.
  • Work with warehouse managers to ensure min/max levels of all products.
  • Accurate and timely ordering of all associated products.
  • Manage vendor/manufacturer communication related to procurement.
  • Review all received products in warehouse to confirm fully received and mark ready to set.
Post Installation
  • Order custom shower doors that require measurement after install of wet space.
  • Work with warehouse managers to ensure all damaged product and RMAs are returned and documented properly.
  • Document all post work required products ordered and received in i360.

  • Process vendor credits to accounting.
  • Reconcile vendor cost to anticipated cost and work with vendor on discrepancies.
Standard Service
  • Accurate and timely place orders for all service parts.
  • Document all service parts ordered and received in i360.
  • Review all received service products in warehouse to confirm fully received and ready to set.
Reporting
  • Maintain IHR KPI metrics for ordering procurement.
  • Misc. duties as assigned.

Required Skills/ Education:

  • Knowledge of construction aspects of interior and exterior home improvement, preferred.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution with vendors for best practices.
  • Proficient in construction measurement techniques.
  • Proficient in time management.
  • Proficient in planning and organization with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to develop rapport and a relationship with vendors.
  • Ability to multi-task and make decisions with varied degrees of information.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years prior experience in the home improvement, replacement contracting, home services or related industries.
  • 2+ years of procurement experience in related industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and Online Systems/CRMs (i.e., Salesforce.com)
