Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Master Scheduler to join our team. The Master Scheduler will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer demand efficiently.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain the production schedule based on demand forecasts, production planning, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and components for production.
- Utilize systems such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to optimize inventory levels and minimize shortages.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demands.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to vaticinate future requirements and make necessary adjustments.

Skills:
- Proficiency in supply chain management and production planning.
- Strong forecasting and demand planning skills.
- Experience with MRP systems and tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Requirements :

  • Experience with ERP system. Implementation of capacity planning a plus.
  • Manufacturing/Operations data and analytical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years- experience as a Master Scheduler, Planner in a manufacturing environment.
  • MS Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Preferred experience working for a nutritional supplement and/or food manufacturing company

Travel: Less than 20% is expected for this position.
