**Crisis Intervention Master Trainer Responsibilities**:

- Our administrative staff will assist with scheduling and marketing the training; we ask that the Trainer comes prepared to set up for the training and is responsible for teaching, documentation, and interfacing directly with attendees as needed throughout the training experience.
- Experience with public speaking to audiences of various sizes, compositions, and levels of interaction is desired. Trainings will be through Zoom or in-person.
- We ask that our Trainers are knowledgeable or open to learning about specific mental health resources and training topics. This position will be on “as needed” basis based on the amounts of trainings scheduled monthly

**Crisis Intervention Trainer Minimum Qualifications**:
Trainer/Presenter may come from one of the following job descriptions:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences or related field.

2. Working with allied professionals and the ability to interface with industry contacts is preferred.

4. Experience with the following roles are welcomed but not required: Law Enforcement, Dispatch, Corrections, Probation, Parole, Fire Fighter, or Paramedic.
