Cadranel’s Corner Bartender: Part-time

Position Summary:

Part-time bartender for new venue on property that overlooks new multi-court pickle ball and sports facility.

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:15am – 8:30pm (weekends will consist of multiple shift workers).

Pay begins at $12.50 per hour plus tips; with a guarantee of $15.00 per hour if shifts if it is not met as a minimum with tips (can discuss further).

We are a cashless establishment, all tips will be recorded with POS system and allocated to paychecks on appropriate pay periods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve beer and wine, prepare mix drinks as they appear on POS
  • Customer interaction, create a positive, friendly, inviting environment for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area and Cadranel’s Corner space

Education/Experience:

  • Has basic kitchen knowledge and safety sanitation knowledge
  • Has bartending experience, can prepare basic mix drinks to standard
  • Customer service skills

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Show initiative
  • Needs reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to be mobile and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work flexible hours in an environment with constant mobility.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Additional:

Staff has access to facility amenities: indoor/outdoor aquatics centers, fitness centers (gym, yoga studios, pilates studio, weight training rooms), various events on site (theatre events, cultural events, etc)

Site is heavily protected with 24-hour security
