Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and service to residents, family members, and guests, adhering to our high standards.
  • Assist residents with beverage selections and respond to inquiries about beverage items.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary food and beverage handling and service environment.
  • Report any changes or concerns regarding resident beverage consumption or condition to the supervisor.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area, including resetting tables for hospitality service and restocking the bar.
  • Prepare the bar and lounge for service, and assist with receiving and stocking liquor and beverage supplies.
  • Complete closing register reports and maintain communication with the supervisor regarding inventory and services.
Requirements
  • Culinary services and bartending experience preferred.
  • Certification may be required per state regulations.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol (18 years old in Florida).
