PAID STUDENT INTERNSHIP

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering the front desk answering phones, inputting orders into the system, setting up ZOOM Calls, follow up with clients and clerical duties in the office. 
  • Help assist the office team in covering all admin duties.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years as a Office Clerk.
  • Student Interns preferred.
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm, Sociai Media skills, able to work in an office environment.

 

Qualities Required:

  • Able to work independently.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Social and gregarious

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting, typing, filing, speaking on the phone for extended period.

 

Education:

  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • College going students will be considered as well.
