Pay: $20/hour plus up to $2,000 in annual bonus

Benefits: 150 hours of PTO, All Federal and State Holidays Paid, Life Insurance, Free Parking

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Services Analyst. This full-time position requires strong skills in budgeting, finance, and analysis, with a particular emphasis on proficiency in Excel. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for child welfare social services, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Compliance: Work as part of the review and compliance team to support the budget documentation process for out-of-home placement services.

  • Time Study Analysis: Assist the Lead Time Study Operations Analyst with various aspects of the Out-of-Home Placement Services Budget Documentation Time Study Unit.

  • Review and Approve Providers: Review, analyze, and approve providers participating in the statewide standardized time study process for out-of-home placement budget documentation.

  • Education and Assistance: Provide education, information, and technical assistance to private provider agencies involved in the time study process.

  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect completed time studies from participating agencies, analyze and validate the data, and report the results to the Per Diem unit.

Qualifications:

  • Budgeting and Finance Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced capabilities in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data accurately.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support to provider agencies.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
