Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales team and coordinate with Manager in training and hiring as needed
- Build customer relationships and cultivate a positive sales environment
- Lead by example and provide one on one personalized training for employees
- Track monthly results and trends for sales forecasting
- Manage visual merchandising of store and contribute to social media
- Work through daily shipments, (tagging, steaming, merchandising)
- Keep store clean and displays fresh and up to date
Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience in fashion retail, customer service and sales
