About the Role
This position is crucial for maintaining our high standards during complex store renovations and special merchandising projects. The Retail Store Fixture Specialist will oversee significant product and fixture reconfigurations, ensuring all client merchandising requests are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Store Fixture Specialist, your primary duties will include:
  • Constructing new sales floor fixtures and dismantling existing ones.
  • Relocating and adjusting sales floor fixtures, both simple and intricate.
  • Installing basic electronic equipment without programming or setup.
  • Adhering to modular guidelines for merchandise placement.
  • Transferring surplus merchandise to designated areas as instructed by store management.
  • Utilizing basic hand tools and cordless drills.
  • Conducting additional merchandising tasks or audits as required.

Work Environment
This is a project-based, full-time position that may require overnight and weekend shifts, with occasional daytime work as needed. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance. The role involves various physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and climbing.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should:
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Have prior retail experience (preferred).
  • Possess the ability to read planograms or understand retail remodels (a plus).
