Position Overview:

Your mission is to craft engaging, stylish, and resonant content that not only captivates but converts, embodying the essence of our brand with every post, reel, and story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and execute a unified content strategy that mirrors our brand's voice, goals, and seasonal themes across social channels.
  • Design and produce standout graphics for a range of platforms including, but not limited to, social media, SMS, email campaigns, and in-store visuals.
  • Mastermind and orchestrate live social interactions, such as product reveals and collection drops, bringing our brand's narrative to life in real-time.
  • Generate and schedule diverse social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring a steady drumbeat of engaging posts.
  • Engage actively with our online community, fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and responsive brand environment.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, weaving their authentic experiences into our brand's story.
  • Stay attuned to the latest in social media trends, platform updates, and fashion insights, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Analyze and leverage content performance data to sharpen our strategy and enhance audience engagement.
  • Synchronize efforts with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital marketing framework.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in social media content creation, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Skilled in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases proficiency in creating visually compelling content for various digital mediums.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content optimization strategies.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a flair for crafting engaging narratives that resonate with a fashion-forward audience.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple content streams simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field is advantageous.
