Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management

• Maintain efficient transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods

• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues

• Review and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess inventory

• Develop strategies to streamline logistics processes and improve overall efficiency

• Monitor and maintain vendor compliance with contract terms and delivery schedules

• Assist in managing warehouse activities, such as inventory counts, storage, and organizing shipments

• Conduct regular safety and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and inventory management

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Willing to work flexible hours as needed and be on-call for emergency situations

Salary: $32,000 to $48,000 yearly
