Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Complete a 20-hour health insurance training course to become a licensed agent. 
  • Copy data from provided leads to enroll them in health insurance plans.
  • Communicate with clients via call, text, or email to answer questions, provide support, and follow up on leads.
  • NO COLD CALLING. We only handle warm leads by people who have requested assistance
  • Starting training pay: $20 hourly (1-2 weeks)
  • After training pay increase: $25 hourly
  • $1000.00 bonus after training and license.
  • Applicants must have a clear record. No felony convictions.
  • The role requires basic computer skills.
  • We do not offer remote or work-from-home positions.
  • Must be within driving distance of our Wilmington, NC office.
