We are looking for an exceptional Certified Public Accountant with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida. We have openings at our Plantation, Florida location.
- Position: CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Location: Plantation, Florida
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in condominium and homeowners association (HOA) accounting
- Proven track record of managing financials for residential communities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage audits and tax filings.
- Provide financial advice and support to the management team.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with condo and HOA experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
